Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Zero Advance Risk-Free Policy

Because Zippy Aero Agency operates on a 100% Zero Advance policy, clients pay ₹0 upfront. We design and develop your website on our private staging server first. If the project is cancelled before completion, you owe nothing.

2. Payment Due Only Upon Completion & Approval

Payment is due only after your website development is completed, hosted on staging, and approved by you. Once final payment is made and production domain/source code handover is completed, all sales are final and non-refundable.

3. Bug Fix Guarantee & Post-Launch Support

Every standard website package includes complimentary 30 days of post-launch technical warranty. Any functional discrepancies or bugs that diverge from the agreed specification will be remediated by our engineering team at zero additional charge.
