Client Service Agreement
Standard Master Services Agreement (MSA) Model for Website & Web Application Engagements
1. Parties & Relationship
This agreement is entered into between Zippy Aero Agency ("Agency") and the Client identified in the Project Proposal. The Agency acts as an independent contractor delivering bespoke software engineering and digital creative services.
2. Engineering Standards & Quality Assurance
The Agency agrees to engineer web assets in conformance with industry-recognized web standards: WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility guidelines, Google Core Web Vitals speed benchmarks, clean TypeScript syntax, and modern security hygiene.
3. Revisions & Change Orders
Each fixed-price project scope incorporates up to 2 rounds of design revisions during the Figma prototype review and up to 2 rounds of functional adjustments during staging. Any substantive additions of new pages, complex API integrations, or database restructuring outside the signed proposal will be estimated as a separate Change Order.
4. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
The Agency and Client mutually agree to hold all proprietary business workflows, customer databases, and intellectual assets in strict confidence. The Agency will not disclose client information without express written consent.
