1. Scope of Engagement
Zippy Aero Agency provides custom website development, UI/UX design, software engineering, and digital optimization services. All commitments regarding project deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in your specific Project Proposal and Service Agreement.
2. 100% Zero Advance Payment Policy
Zippy Aero Agency operates on a client-first, 100% Zero Advance policy:
- ₹0 Advance Required: We start project discovery, design, and full coding with zero upfront payment.
- Staging Deployment: The functional website is deployed to a private staging URL for complete client review and testing.
- Pay After Completion: Project fee settlement is due strictly AFTER completion of work and upon your final approval prior to live domain cutover and source code transfer.
3. Intellectual Property Handover
Upon complete settlement of all agreed project invoices, Zippy Aero Agency grants the client unencumbered, perpetual ownership of all bespoke source code, visual design files, and domain names produced for the client's project.
4. Client Review & Timely Feedback
Development timelines depend upon mutual collaboration. Clients agree to provide required content, credentials, and review feedback within agreed review windows (typically 3 to 5 business days) to prevent project staging delays.
